Founded in 2010, EVO Kitchen is a locally owned and operated restaurant that offers a wide range of dine-in, take-out and specialty catering options.
When we launched back in 2010 we originally offered only corporate catering services, focusing on our Gourmet Boxed Lunches. Businesses throughout Waterloo Region embraced the idea of a lunch that was simple, healthy, could be customized, and was packaged in a beautiful gift box and sealed with ribbon. Shortly after we expanded our catering menu and started offering takeout meals and private catering.
In 2016, after a tremendous amount of support from our local community, we were able to open our new 7200 square foot facility at 31 Water Street South in Cambridge. The new location features a full sit down restaurant, patio, and a 2nd floor event space that can comfortably seat up to 130 people. The building was constructed in 1920 and was the original office building for the Galt Knitting Company, more recently known as Tiger Brand. The new space brings together a modern, hip vibe while preserving all of the original character of the building.
